Speed fan a small software utility to monitor fan speeds, voltages and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. This software is an hardware monitoring software that is able to change fan speeds according to system temperatures.
It also allows to set warning whenever the temperature goes above the configuration. SpeedFan can access S.M.A.R.T. info and show hard disk temperatures.
Configuration allows you to configure system fan speed, voltages and temperature. Inside configuration there is tab called event which allows to set an event whenever the fan speed, voltage or temperature goes beyond or less than specified value. The event can be beep sound, send email or pop-up warning message.
SpeedFan software utility works with almost all windows operating system.
