As per a Reserve Bank of India directive which comes into play now, banks now cannot charge you for use of other bank's atm for cash withdrawals. Banks till now had been charging a fees of INR 20 per transaction for use of other bank's atm for cash withdrawals.
Definitely an impressive move especially for customers of foreign banks which have limited atm installations.
